Underwhelming Stay due to Several Issues
broken air conditioning high noise level
I experienced several frustrations . The air conditioning unit was broken. The room temperature was hard to manage. The noise level was high because of thin walls. Hallway sounds easily penetrated the room, disturbing my sleep each night.

I appreciated the central location. It was easy to walk to many sites. public transportation access was also convenient. the staff provided helpful restaurant recommendations, something i found valuable.
The hairdryer worked only briefly. This was a slight inconvenience.

The location was a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The hotel maintained a nice scent in the reception area. The room received daily cleaning and fresh towels. Staff provided a map with highlighted points of interest.
I noticed the doors lacked sound insulation. I could hear noises from the hallway and nearby rooms.

very nice location helpful staff super clean room functional air conditioning
the location was very nice! i could easily walk to all the main attractions. the super nice team, always ready to provide directions and suggestions. the room was super clean and had everything i needed. the air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping me cool after a long day of sightseeing.
the elevator was a bit slow, but honestly, it was a minor inconvenience.

my double room had a modern design with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was very clean and well kept, with fresh towels provided daily. i had ample space for my luggage and belongings in the closet.
